My art is the distillation of three decades in the creative side of the advertising industry as a graphic and web designer, working with a vast array of people, media and image building challenges. These experiences and challenges define my approach to my art.

Media is fuel for my experiments on canvas with textures, form, color, metal and foils. The final touch is the frame, made of exotic hard woods with metal accents.

A native of So. California, I began drawing and painting at an early age. Creativity has always been important to me and I enjoy working with my hands. Throughout my formal education I majored in fine and commercial art. I moved to Hawaii in 1979 and lived there through the 80s' returning to California in 1991 to pursue my career.
